This is more than just practical training. This is a journey toward true freedom in ministry.

Our 1×1 Formational Coaching platform is fully customizable, and focuses on the interplay of the four core tenets of Green Room Leaders—Soul, Heart, Mind & Strength. Strengthening the soul of your leadership starts by being with God, not just serving for God. We can help you develop healthy rhythms that help you live out of that “with-ness,” love your congregation, discern the next best steps for your ministry, and develop a strategic plan that frees you up to be who God created you to be!
Term: 6 month minimum

The Green Room is a formational cohort of 5-10 worship leaders who will journey together for 12 months. Over the course of the year, we will explore the core tenets of GRL (Soul, Heart, Mind, Strength) in a safe & caring community of like-minded leaders from diverse backgrounds and traditions.
Term: 12 months
Cost: $200/month -
This weekend intensive is designed with your worship team in mind, combining the formational platform of Soul, Heart, Mind, & Strength with practical application and hands-on training. A wonderful opportunity to grow as a team, both spiritually and musically.
Term: One Weekend (Fri-Sun)
